Our diverse team of more than 2500 passionate professionals is what makes us the industry\'s tech wonder and the best in the world at what we do.Major offices in Sweden (HQ), Canada, Greece, India, Poland and Uruguay.Location: PuneDuties & Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Handle Refunds Queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link)\xe2\x97\x8f Manage non show tickets\xe2\x97\x8f Manage ADMs/ACMs\xe2\x97\x8f Manage billing issues (Extra refunds, Ret errors)\xe2\x97\x8f Manage BSP Refund applications rejected\xe2\x97\x8f Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues.\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automations\xe2\x97\x8f 24*7 + Holidays shiftsRequirements:\xe2\x97\x8f At least one year experience as a Travel Agent\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent GDS knowledge in Amadeus and Sabre (Galileo knowledge will be consideredas a benefit)\xe2\x97\x8f Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules.\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of processing GDS and BSP refunds is a must.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in working with KPIs and deadlines\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in analyzing data and producing reports\xe2\x97\x8f Troubleshooting skills & analytical problem-solving skills\xe2\x97\x8f Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English\xe2\x97\x8f Self-driven, proactive and results oriented\xe2\x97\x8f Good attention to detail\xe2\x97\x8f Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills\xe2\x97\x8f Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)Critical Competencies:\xe2\x97\x8f Playing to win\xe2\x97\x8f Accountability & cooperation\xe2\x97\x8f Urgency to be excellent\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication with time management skills\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to self-motivate and take initiative\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical and data driven thinking\xe2\x97\x8f Attention to detail\xe2\x97\x8f Self organized with good time management\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage change and work under pressure\xe2\x97\x8f Work from office and no transport in General shifts
