The Agency Solutions Partner is a strategic solution-driver who puts our agencies at the core of everything we do. This is an opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become a go to person in media planning, strategy, optimization and measurement to top agency holding groups and drive accountability through the process of tracking their performance. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, and experience in data analysis, this role is responsible for supporting the Agency Leads within the team to build the platform expertise in the agency ecosystem. We look for candidates who enjoy solving complex problems through technical and analytical skills and commercial acumen, synthesizing disparate pieces of information into concrete recommendations, and managing multiple streams of work. Success in this position requires consultative sales, analytical, and technical skills, a focus on servicing, and experience to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.Agency Solutions Partner ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with Agency Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partnersOwn the learning agenda for the top agency groups, serving as external product consultant educating them on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnershipDevelop and manage scaled education initiatives across the agency groups and track the progressStrategy Definition: develop, together with Agency Partners, a path for product adoption and overall sophistication through knowledge of client's business drivers and our platform to sustain their competitive advantage Support the business growth strategy through education, data analysis and execution in agency, as well as identification of areas of opportunity. Be a platform and product expert, and become a go to person in media planning, strategy, optimization and measurement to top agency holding groupsDrive accountability amongst the agency group by setting product adoption KPIs, track the performance and take corrective actionsDesign, setup and optimize campaigns in our platform. Monitoring pacing on a daily basis and bringing cross-functional teams (product, measurement, marketing and engineering) to the conversation to make sure Client is implementing best-practicesProvide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term solution selling.Minimum Qualifications5+ years experience working in media agency and/or in performance marketingExperience managing initiatives and complex work-streams autonomously, with a high degree of accountability and high attention to detailManage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients' goals, metrics, and objectivesAnalytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and measurement studies and delivering actionable insightDemonstrated experience with problem solving and decision-making skillsDemonstrated track record of delivering on quotaExperience working with cross-functional teams and influence C-level executivesStrong communication and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Meta's Ad productsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
