Hiring for locations: Pimpri, Millennium Plaza, Baner and Vimanagar in Pune, Maharashtra

Designation: Agency Sales Manager

Context & Role:

• Agent/ Insurance Manager Recruitment
• Agent/ Insurance Manager Activation
• Product mix
• Achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of sales target through his/her team of FA/IM
• Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents (FA/IM)- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective region
• Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products
• Monitor and review agents' performance. Help them achieve maximum business
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/Professional Degree
• Preferred experience: Minimum 2 years
• Preferred Nature of Industry: Life Insurance (Agency)
• Experienced candidates with good background, selling skills and understanding of insurance industry. (Good advisors with strong insurance background can also be referred)
• Fresher with good communication and selling skills and insurance knowledge is also preferred.

Knowledge and Skills desired:

• Technical/ Functional Essential: Experience in insurance sales; Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Basic knowledge on Computer Operations
• Desirable: Knowledge about the insurance industry; Should be high on initiative; Well-groomed and confident

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?400,000.00 per year
