We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving our business objectives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in insurance sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service but freshers are also appreciated. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduation mandatory
  • An understanding of insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their full potential.
