The Profile Agency Manager - Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. The primary focus will be on expanding the agency network, enhancing agent productivity, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Training:- Identify and recruit qualified insurance agents to expand the agency network.
Conduct training sessions to ensure agents are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Business Development:- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Foster relationships with potential clients, key partners, and stakeholders.
Drive initiatives to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents.
Set performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure goals are met.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales and Marketing:- Implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Customer Service:- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Monitor and maintain quality standards for customer interactions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in insurance sales and business development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
