Agency Business Manager for life insurance sector (Pan India)Hiring ForAADM (Associate Agency Development Manager) Male/ FemaleSpecs for AADM/ADMMust be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).At least 1+ yrs. of field sales experienceFor ADMs- prior experience of BFSI sector is mustMust be localities and have two wheelerAge between 25 years to 40 yearsKey Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:Agent RecruitmentDevelop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiringImplementation of MNYL GOLD process and adhere to the business normsFollow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring normsAgent DevelopmentEnsure product knowledge by MNYL ways of training Field demonstration (FODs)Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
