Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an After School Teacher located in Koramangala Bengaluru. The After School Teacher will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating and implementing lesson plans, curating indoor and outdoor experiences working with children to encourage their creativity and interpersonal skills, and maintaining an organized classroom environment.

Looking for female candidate with at least 3 years of experience in theme, arts & crafts.

Worked with children from 2.5 Years to 6 Years and additional advantage if worked with Montessori schools.

The Candidate must be Creative, Capable of executing theme activities, Proactive, Passionate, Tech savvy, Willing to learn, Excellent Communication(English Preferred)

Timings: 12.00Noon to 6.00PM

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Development and Working with Children skills
• Creativity and Organization Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience with Montessori principles and/or other hands-on learning approaches
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Additional qualifications such as experience in music, arts, or drama education, proficiency in a second language, and familiarity with child psychology and behavior management are also desirable.
