• Provide excellent after-sales support to customers, addressing and resolving any issues they encounter
• Maintain thorough knowledge of electric vehicle products to offer informed assistance
• Handle warranty claims and coordinate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and support
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to track issues and resolutions
• Analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and recommend improvements to products or processes
• Offer training sessions to customers on product usage and maintenance
• Collaborate with sales teams to relay customer insights and enhance service quality
