Position: After Market Sales Executive

Qualification: M. Com / MBA Marketing

Experience Required: 5- 10 Yrs

Preferable: Industry Automobile only

Job Role: On roll

Work Location: Kolkata

Area of influence: After Market / Replacement Market

Roles & Responsibility -

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives

2. To forecast the monthly/quarterly requirement and communicate to the Top Management

3. To manage & train the sales team within the region

4. To increase the share of business by developing new customers, Dealers/Mechanics etc.

5. To report on daily, weekly and monthly basis to the Vice President - After Market

6. To carry Mechanics & Dealers' meet on the regular interval to understand the service related issues

7. Competitors analysis

8. Market research and taking necessary actions to develop the strategies

9. To develop the sales in the new market

10. To coordinate amongst the team members on regular interval to understand the current & proposed strategies to increase the share of business

11. Willingness to travel and work in a professional environment

12. Launching the product promotional activities / Branding of the product

13. Preparation of MIS

14. Coordinate with the Depots, sales tax assessments etc.

15. To understand the product need from customers and communicate the same to Vice President - After Market

16. To understand the product related queries from the sales team and resolve the same.
