As such, you must to keep a close watch on the budget and come up with saving opportunities to reduce cost.You will also prepare the F&B operational manual or handbook and take part in the weekly call with all caf\xc3\xa9 SPOC and FMs to discuss any operational challenges. As the units go-to person, you should also stand ready to offer your advice and solutions on daily operational challenges.Being a stickler for safetyThis role will also keep you on your toes, as you will need to make sure that catering operations from food and raw material specifications to equipment are kept safe and secure, and comply with all health and safety regulations.On top of that, you will conduct work and food safety audits as a preventive approach. Youll also have a hand in preparing the surprise cafeteria monthly audit calendar, which you will share with the line manager.
