The department drives business from 4500+ branches and is responsible for sourcing of retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts and forex Business with a view to increase the retail book of the bank.\xef\xbf\xbd
About the Role
Manage Affluent segment client growth strategy for Burgundy Private, Burgundy and Priority account acquisitions, qualified client growth along with deepening of wallet through Investment / Insurance / FX penetration in the account.
Key ResponsibilitiesScale up Business \xef\xbf\xbd\xef\xbf\xbd Identify opportunities to expand reach and business footprint.\xef\xbf\xbd Own the affluent and emerging affluent segment in the wealth space and responsible to drive and acquisition business plan\xef\xbf\xbd Design and implement Early Engagement strategy to activate accounts on Investment, Insurance and Fx\xef\xbf\xbd Optimize cross sell opportunity for credit cards, mortgage and business lending\xef\xbf\xbd Primary interface with product group, segment, Digital teams, marketing, finance, risk and research\xef\xbf\xbd Work closely with segment & product team for curating exciting offers and customer benefit programs\xef\xbf\xbd Work closely with the Acquisitions Marketing and Merchandising team to drive affluent events for prospecting and lead generation\xef\xbf\xbd Responsible for Sales Planning and work force capacity planning\xef\xbf\xbd Training content development and deployment\xef\xbf\xbd Weekly and Monthly performance dashboard preparation\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure seamless customer on-boarding\xef\xbf\xbd Regular Interface with Head Corporate Salary, Sky & Affluent Sales to drive and implement key acquisitions initiatives\xef\xbf\xbd Deepening of Wallet - Work on initiatives to improve DII, Investment, Insurance penetration and QCG\xef\xbf\xbd Cross Sell - Ensuring Cross sell of all Products like Cards, Investments and MortgageControls -\xef\xbf\xbd Monthly reiteration of Dos and Don\xef\xbf\xbdts and create a strong culture of controls and compliance within the team.\xef\xbf\xbd Keep the team updated on lessons learnt\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure lowest TAT & FTR for the location\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure compliance and integrity of the sales process with respect to right selling, sourcing and documentation.People \xef\xbf\xbd\xef\xbf\xbd Drive high performance culture amongst the team and create an environment congenial for people to share best practices for the overall growth of the team.\xef\xbf\xbd Review people performance in a structured / periodical manner and outline a process to review feedback\xef\xbf\xbd Identify training opportunities and enable trainings to constantly upskill the team.\xef\xbf\xbd Discipline in Trainings; Certifications; HR related timelines adherence\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure adherence to operational risk controls and accuracy of procedures in day-to-day sales management\xef\xbf\xbd Identify business risks and engage with all stakeholders in order to correct them and take preventive/corrective action as appropriate.
