Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance

brand visibility. This role requires a blend of negotiation skills, creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management:

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to achieve company objectives.
• Recruit new affiliates and manage existing relationships to maximize performance.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenue.

Campaign Development and Optimization:

• Design and implement affiliate marketing campaigns to promote Bhanzu's courses and products.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and assets for affiliates.
• Optimize campaigns by conducting A/B testing and analyzing performance metrics.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for affiliate marketing efforts.
• Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on campaign performance and ROI.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Communicate effectively with affiliates to provide them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve performance.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ?9,320.72 - ?53,897.02 per month
