• Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels (web, social media, email, etc.)
• Recruit, manage, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners
• Negotiate commissions, track affiliate performance, and ensure compliance with program terms
• Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, etc.) to promote products/services
• Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align affiliate marketing efforts with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes (e.g. Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Commission Junction)

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field (digital marketing, marketing, sales)
• Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
• You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
• You have working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, analytical Skills, networking, digital marketing and content writing
• Experience within would be a strong advantage
