About the Role
Job Summary: The Affiliate Admin will be responsible for managing and supporting affiliate operations, including the auditing and approval of new publisher applications, fielding affiliate communications, handling invoicing and validations, and ensuring the accuracy of payable leads. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. The role will support the UK and US market and working hours will be 11:00 AM IST to 08:00 PM IST. This is an entry-level management role like Team Lead. Hence, Team & People management responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Publisher Administration
  • Audit and approve/decline new publisher applications on a weekly basis.
  • Reach out to partners who applied for the program, providing them with the necessary information and support.
Affiliate Communications
  • Monitor and field emails sent to the affiliate team daily.
  • Address and resolve any bugs or issues related to the application portal, including reversing any unvalidated approvals.
Invoicing and Validations
  • Validate payable leads based on set rules around the 10th and 20th of each calendar month.
  • Handle the monthly invoicing process, ensuring all validations and payments are accurate and timely.
Additional Duties
  • Provide support and assistance to the affiliate team as needed.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all affiliate interactions and transactions.
  • Team & People management based on business requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as auditing applications, fielding emails, and handling invoicing, and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate payable leads, identify trends in affiliate performance, and make data-driven decisions for validation processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues related to affiliate applications, communications, and platform bugs in a timely manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with affiliates and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and support.

Additional Qualifications
  • Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively with UK-based stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment or serving international clients is a plus.
