Job Profile - Affiliate Marketer
Experience - 2 to 3 Years
Location - Jaipur

What You'll Do:

• Develop Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with high-quality affiliates, influencers, and partners.
• Strategic Thinker: You can identify and forge relationships with key partners that align with our brand and business objectives.
• Data-Driven Marketer: You thrive on analytics, using data to optimize and drive affiliate performance.
• Creative Collaborator: You have a creative flair for developing compelling campaigns that engage and convert.
• Proactive Leader: You take initiative, are self-motivated, and can manage multiple projects with ease.
• Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, using data to optimize and improve results.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with our content and design teams to create engaging promotional materials.
• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.

Requirement :

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Master''s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also considered.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage partnerships and secure advantageous deals.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns.
• Results-Oriented: A proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets through affiliate marketing.
