Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to help grow and manage our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting new affiliate channels, managing relationships, and driving traffic and conversions through various affiliate channels mainly through E-mail marketing. This role involves both creative thinking and data-driven decision-making to maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Channel Recruitment: Identify, on-board, and manage new affiliate channels.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication and relationships with existing affiliate Account Manager.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track affiliate marketing campaigns

Optimization: Continuously optimize affiliate campaigns and offers to increase conversions and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing relationships with affiliates. Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.

Creative thinker with the ability to run ads in different social media platform.

Preferred Skills: Understanding of SEO and digital marketing. Proficient with email marketing and content creation. Knowledge of basic HTML or experience with CMS platforms is a plus. Benefits:

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
