Job Requirement:
Role: Affiliate Manager
\xc2\xb7 Experience with Tracking CRM like cake, Everflow, hitpath.
Affiliate Relationship Management: \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication andsupport.\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance on promotional strategies, marketing materials, and best practices to optimizeaffiliate performance.\xc2\xb7 Offer ongoing assistance and address any inquiries or issues raised by affiliates promptly.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: \xc2\xb7 Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics (CPA, PPC, CPI, Rev Share, Hybrid), includingtraffic, conversions, and revenue generated.\xc2\xb7 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify top-performing affiliates and areasfor improvement.\xc2\xb7 Optimize affiliate performance through data-driven decision-making and provide feedbackfor continuous growth.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and goals.Salary: As per experience, Medical Insurance, International Trips for attending events.
