  • Drive affiliate growth by identifying and bringing on new partners to generate top-tier user traffic.
  • Empower partners with the tools and training they need to succeed, ensuring maximum engagement and profitability.
  • Generate and manage referral links and promo codes, helping affiliates maximize their earning potential.
  • Evaluate and optimize affiliate performance, boosting conversions and maximizing ROI.
  • Maximize profits by leveraging partnerships and developing strategic initiatives that fuel growth.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with affiliates through constant networking and support.
  • Innovate and adapt the affiliate strategy in line with the latest market trends and data insights.
  • Proactively resolve partner issues and provide ongoing support, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate on the creation of a partner loyalty system that drives retention and growth.
  • Explore new channels and formats for communication and collaboration with affiliates to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Deliver insightful performance reports to guide strategy and decision-making.
Ideal ProfileWhat We Expect:
  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to cultivate and maintain valuable relationships.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis to evaluate performance and enhance results.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (big plus!).
  • Advanced English proficiency is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key industry webmasters, including traffic sources, verticals, and affiliate preferences.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising tools (Yandex.Metrika, Google Analytics) to evaluate and refine performance.
  • Ability to assess and optimize traffic quality to ensure the best outcomes for the company.
