Key Responsibilities:

• Skincare Treatments: Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized services tailored to clients' needs.
• Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Hair Removal: Provide hair removal services such as waxing, threading, and laser treatments.
• Product Recommendations: Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for home care.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Client Records: Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Sales: Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products to meet sales goals.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training.

Requirements:

• Certification: Valid aesthetician license/certification in the state/country of practice.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an aesthetician preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in performing a range of skincare treatments and hair removal techniques.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide personalized skincare advice and treatments.
• Sales skills and the ability to promote products and services effectively.
• Personality: Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about skincare and beauty.
