Position Summary:

An Aesthetician and Cosmetologist specializes in providing beauty treatments, skincare, and cosmetic procedures to enhance a client's appearance and boost their confidence. They possess expertise in a wide range of services, including facials, skincare consultations, hair removal and other beauty therapies. The professional must also be knowledgeable in identifying clients' skin types and conditions, providing personalized care, and recommending appropriate products and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Skincare Treatments: Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, exfoliation, Skin Prp, Meso, Laser - hair reduction , Carbon facials, 3d Hydra Facials, BB Glow based on skin type analysis and client needs.

Hair Removal: Offer hair removal services such as Threading and laser hair reduction, ensuring a safe and hygienic process.

Consultations: Provide personalized consultations to clients regarding skincare routines, cosmetic procedures, and beauty product recommendations.

Cosmetic Procedures: Perform treatments such as eyebrow shaping, eyelash extensions, and other cosmetic enhancements in line with industry standards.

Product Recommendations: Stay updated with the latest products and trends in the beauty industry, and suggest suitable skincare or cosmetic products to clients.

Client Education: Educate clients on aftercare, skincare routines, and maintaining results from treatments and procedures.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all services are performed in accordance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all work areas.

Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of client treatments, skin conditions, allergies, and preferences to ensure consistent and personalized service.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other professionals in the spa, salon, or clinic, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Certified Aesthetician/Cosmetologist from a recognized institution.

Licensing: Appropriate state/national certification or license as required.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in aesthetic and cosmetology treatments .

Skills: Proficient in a wide range of beauty treatments including skincare, makeup application, and hair removal techniques.

Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty and skincare industry.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients professionally and calling to make conversions from leads to walk -in and provide exceptional customer service.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality treatments with precision.

Customer-Focused: Friendly, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent client experiences.

Work Environment:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work on weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
