Position Overview:

An Aesthetic Skin Expert is a licensed professional responsible for performing advanced skin care treatments to enhance the appearance, health, and beauty of clients' skin. This role requires extensive knowledge of skin anatomy, skin care products, and the latest aesthetic technologies and techniques. The Aesthetic Skin Expert works closely with clients to assess their skin conditions and develop customized treatment plans to meet their individual needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:
• Conduct thorough consultations to evaluate clients' skin conditions and concerns.
• Discuss clients' goals and provide expert recommendations on appropriate treatments and products.
• Develop personalized skin care plans based on individual client needs.
• Treatment Administration:
• Perform advanced skin care treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, microneedling, and other non-surgical procedures.
• Administer injectable treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, if certified.
• Use aesthetic devices and technologies safely and effectively to achieve desired results.
• Skin Care Education:
• Educate clients on proper skin care routines and the use of recommended products.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the field of aesthetic skin care.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of skin care products, their ingredients, and benefits.
• Recommend and sell appropriate skin care products to clients based on their specific needs.
• Manage inventory of skin care products and supplies.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards.
• Maintain necessary licenses and certifications required for performing advanced skin care treatments.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Licensed Esthetician or Dermatologist with specialized training in aesthetic skin care.
• Additional certifications in advanced skin care treatments and technologies preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or spa setting performing aesthetic skin care treatments.
• Proven track record of successful client outcomes and satisfaction.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skin care products, and aesthetic technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of precision and accuracy in performing treatments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
