Our Application Evolution Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance. We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities, and achieving operational efficiencies by managing and maintaining their application ecosystems. We help our clients maximize the value of their Workday investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in the areas of human resources, talent management and finance operations.

Required Skills:
Active Workday Financials certification is a must .
Hands-on experience with delivering multiple Workday implementations.
Experience managing large teams on complex global projects.
Providing specialist Workday advice and working closely with the client leads to optimizing processes and maximizing the benefits of Workday.
Advise clients on the transformational aspects of Workday in relation to HR operating model, self-service, service delivery and process execution.
Contribute to business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal and contract / commercial negotiations with our Workday clients.
Lead the growth of the Workday practice through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team members
Subject Matter Expertise on Financial Processes and reports.
Functional experience in Workday Finance/Accounting, several finance modules like Financial Accounting, Common Financial Management, Customers, Customer Accounts, Banking and Settlement, Business Assets, Projects, Grants, Procurement, Expenses, Supplier Contracts/Accounts, Student and Financial Aid.
Ability to work with the client and drive design sessions for various Finance modules and hands on experience configuring FDM structure and business processes.
Ability to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in-depth expertise in Workday solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration, building validation/condition rules, setting up notifications.
Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
Experience in creating Custom fields, calculated fields, creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), custom reports with In-depth knowledge of various data sources available.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills •:
Good to have Reporting, FDM, Banking & Settlement, Business Assets and other financial certifications.
Knowledge on using Customer Central for configuration and migration.
