Years of Experience: Senior Associate minimum 5- 8 years of experience
Position Requirements
Develop and configure the SuccessFactors Learning system as per client requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Update configuration and connector workbooks and conduct playback sessions for finalization
\xe2\x97\x8f Writing functional specifications for any custom development
Desired Knowledge
\xe2\x97\x8f Supporting client in various phases of design, build, testing to go-live
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop test scenarios, write test scripts and execution as per the test case developed
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, Command on written and verbal communication

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience on integration between SuccessFactors BizX to Learning / Employee Profile / Competencies
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in Skillsoft Integration, Open Content Network (OCN) and VLS
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in handling historical data migration.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in reporting tools such as Plateau Report Designer (PRD), Online Report Designer (ORD), and Adhoc
reporting, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning System
Good to have skills\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in SQL for working on Plateau Report Designer (PRD)
\xe2\x97\x8f Should be good in team handling
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge on Extension Center.
\xe2\x97\x8f Exposure to set up standard third party integrations using Integration center.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in JAM integration.Professional and Educational Background: Degree or Postgraduate preferably with HR specialization.
Minimum domain experience is preferable.Additional Information:
