Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD-CS-SM module in Support and implementation with at least 1 Implementation and 1 support assignment experience.
Expertise in SAP SD- CS-SM troubleshooting skills.
Strong SAP end to end configuration, and business knowledge in SD-CS-SM module.
Should be an SME in SD-CS-SM with good knowledge on:
Sales order processing, order fulfilment, consignment and return process
Pricing, Taxation, Billing.
Sales business process such as Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Cash Sales, Rush order, Individual purchase orders, Stock Transport orders etc.
AATP and Advance return management, BRF+, Settlement management, international trade etc.,
Repairs Processing
Replacement processing including Scrap and Refurbishment processing.
Service work orders and notifications.
Service labor posting and time keeping system.
Customer service and plant maintenance.
Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue and AMS
Customer and Business partner management.
Third party integration with SAP service and maintenance orders.
Quality Process
SAP Master data objects, tracking and integration with sales warranty.
Resource related billing
Intercompany sales process and Third-party sales process.
Variant Configuration
SD account assignment and revenue recognition process.
Experience in FIORI, Cloud platform.
Ability to create functional and technical specifications for the ABAP development team.
Strong integration knowledge with MM, WM, LE and FI, TM.
Experience in major enhancements (RICEFW) using APIs/ User exits/ BAPIs/ BADIs
Understand the challenges with existing processes and recommend best practices in concert with sap functionality.
Collaborate with Business Owners and/or System Integrators to analyze, design, configure and test SAP solutions.
Excellent skills in Project Management, Functional business analysis and Support/ Operate methodologies.
Ability effectively coordinates multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing global environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to EDI/IDOC, integrated with third party system, ABAP Debugging.
Hand of experience in Tools like Service now, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC, LTMC, LSMW,etc
SAP Certification in S/4HANA CS and S/4HANA Sales will be an added advantage.
