Job Title: Repair Manager
Job Type: Full Type
Location: DelhiRoles and Responsibility:

• Repair Management:

• Ensure Tier 1 parts are repaired or overhauled and ready for shipment with current certifications (FAA 8130, EASA, TCCA, CAAC).
• Conduct and document repair research in the global system notes for Tier 2/3 parts to support sales.
• Database Management:

• Oversee and manage data in the quantum database (Inventory Control Software).
• Ensure all relevant information (ESS code, Descriptions, QPA, OEM list price, FMV, Average repair & overhaul cost, OEM cage codes, Interchangeable, Tier value, ILS hits) is captured accurately.
• Update repair/overhaul averages, turnaround times (TAT) of the best repair shops, and pricing data quarterly.
• Cross-Reference and Documentation:

• Build and maintain accurate cross-references in the database by referencing aircraft spare pages and IPC.
• Ensure NHA & NLA updates for flight structures and accessory parts.
• Teardown Coordination:

• Prepare a list of units to be removed during aircraft teardown by analyzing OCCM/HT, SB history data of aircraft.
• Coordinate with the teardown team to ensure all units are removed, crated, and shipped to the warehouse.
• Market Demand Analysis:

• Analyze stock levels of primary and secondary control surfaces for each aircraft model.
• Prepare and send units for repair/overhaul based on market demand.
• Repair Order Management:

• Prepare repair orders and initiate the shipping team for dispatch.
• Follow up with repair stations for evaluation, obtaining repair estimates, and negotiating costs.
• Ensure repairs are completed within the given TAT and procure all necessary documentation.
• Cost Control:

• Set up beneficial agreements with reputable repair stations.
• Enable repair and hold programs, secure volume discounts, and negotiate evaluation fee waivers to maximize profitability.
• Compliance and Monitoring:

• Monitor old tagged units for SB/AD to increase the dash number for better marketability.
• Prepare a weekly repair dashboard by prioritizing and filtering parts by Tier and market value.
• Update and monitor the status of each part number.

Skills AND Qualifications:

• Proficiency with IPC, CMM, and Assembly Drawings.
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing databases, especially in inventory control software.
• Excellent technical skills to assist the sales team and repair executives.
• Ability to analyze repair estimates, negotiate costs, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in setting up agreements with repair stations to optimize costs and operations.
