Job Description

• Program and set up CNC machines based on engineering blueprints and specifications.
• Optimize machining process to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers to determine the most efficient manufacturing approaches.
• Troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect machined part to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain CNC programs using MASTERCAM software.
• Implement safety protocols and best practices in machining operations.
• Collaborate with tooling supplier to ensure optimal tool performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining processes and product quality.
• Any Graduate -Diploma & BE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming & Machining operations.
• Sound knowledge of CNC programming languages and G-Code Programming.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, Mastercam.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of optimizing machining processes for improved efficiency and quality.
• Through knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in machining and manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of ISO & IATF.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
