Our aim is to enable enterprises, associates, and society to Rise for a more equal world, future readiness, and value creation.:We are seeking a highly experienced AEP Architect with 7-15 years of experience in architecting and implementing solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically within the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data architecture, customer data strategies, and real-time data management, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to design scalable and personalized data solutions.Responsibilities:
AEP Architecture & Design: Architect and design comprehensive solutions within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) that leverage the CDP and RTCDP capabilities to enable real-time data processing, customer insights, and personalized experiences.Data Strategy & Management: Develop and execute data strategies, ensuring effective data ingestion, identity management, and data governance that align with customer data needs and business objectives.Real-Time Data Processing: Lead the design and implementation of real-time data processing pipelines within RTCDP, optimizing data flows for high efficiency, data quality, and scalability.Integration & API Management: Integrate AEP with various data sources, applications, and Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) to enable unified data collection, personalization, and activation.Customer Journey & Audience Segmentation: Implement data models and segmentation strategies within CDP for personalized customer journeys, leveraging machine learning insights to drive actionable segmentation and targeting.Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure data compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory standards while establishing data governance best practices for customer data handling.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Science, and IT, to align data architecture solutions with business objectives and customer experience goals.Requirements:
Experience: 7-15 years of experience in data architecture and customer data management, with a minimum of 3 years working specifically with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.Technical Skills:Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform, including Data Lake, Profile Management, Identity Service, and Customer Journey Analytics.
Experience in working with RTCDP for real-time data processing and activation.
Strong proficiency with data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or JavaScript) for data manipulation and integration.
Certifications:Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect Certification (preferred).
Relevant data management and compliance certifications (optional but beneficial).
Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and deliver optimized customer experiences.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
