We are looking for an AEM Solution Architect spearhead the technical design and architecture of Digital Experience Platforms, using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will be hands-on in this role and will work with in an agile, dynamic, collaborative environment to design and implement high-quality solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The role requires broad and deep technical knowledge to develop creative, reusable, and scalable solutions. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the domain expert on AEM, Analytics, Tagging, Localization, Search and Personalization.
• Business facing architect who can lead web development solutions built on Adobe platform stack-AEM, Launch and Analytics.
• Own and lead end to end digital solution on the Adobe Platform stack.
• Effectively articulate design options and create presentations.
• Provide architectural guidance on complete solution stack including Authors, Publishers, Dispatchers, CDN etc.
• Follow security guidelines set by the GSO team and implement solutions
• Hands-on coding of Editable Templates, Touch UI components, Workflows, Sling Models, Servlets, OSGI services, Schedulers, and optimization of dispatcher settings/configurations
• Integrating Restful API\xe2\x80\x99s and Third-Party systems like Sales Force with AEM, SSO Integration.
• Hands on experience with Junit test creation and execution.
• Work with Business Analysts/Product Owners to translate functional requirements into technical design and specifications.
• Implement to internal best practices with respect to coding standards, unit test coverage, automation, and continuous integration. Employ strong coding standards for security, efficiency, readability, and reuse.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and security.
• Help with Pen testing and its findings and fix security vulnerability issues
• Mentoring team members on the AEM stack.
• Help solve complex technical problems involving multiple environment and application integration. Document and supervise technical issues and recommend improvements in support of outstanding online experiences.
• Lead, evaluate, and respond to change requests and bug backlogs. Facilitate ongoing site maintenance, content updates, improvements, design, bug fixes and new feature releases
• Work in Agile environment and follow the Sprint cadence.

Required Skills:

• AEM Architecture Certification and/or AEM Developer Certification is desirable.
• At least 3 full cycle End to End AEM Project Implementation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in AEM Content Management (CMS) with AEM as a Cloud Service, the latest versions like 6.4 or 6.5.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Strong AEM developer with Java and Front UI.
• 3+ years of experience in AEM Digital Asset Management System DAM)
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and problems to provide enterprise solutions
• Experience in designing and creating Editable Templates, OSGI bundle, Touch UI Components using Sightly, Sling Models, Schedulers
• Experience in creating and using custom workflow
• Experience with Adobe Dynamic Media, Marketo.
• Experience with Front end frameworks like Angular/React/jQuery.
• Experience in MSM (Multi Site Management) and Integration with Translation/Localization Tools.
• Experience with AEM Forms and Personalization
• Should be strong in Java/J2EE skills and OOPS with proficiency design patterns
• Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience on Content fragments & Experience fragments
• Understanding and working experience in integrating SOLR with AEM
• API Integration (REST/SOAP) of AEM CMS with external systems like Sales Force
• Experience in developing highly scalable customer facing web applications using WCMS
• Understanding & experience with web front-end technology & frameworks
• Experience developing content-centric applications using the Apache Sling framework and CRX repository
• Experience with a typical enterprise requirements management and development stack (JIRA, GIT, Confluence etc.)
• Experience of writing unit test cases using Junit, Mockito.
• Have better knowledge of various AEM components like Tagging, Search etc.
• Experience in migrating content from one legacy system to AEM and within AEM
• Experience Migrating from lower AEM environment to AEM as a Cloud Service
• Experience in writing Groovy scripts for AEM related functionalities
• Should have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, and XML
• Nice to have experience in integrating AWS S3/Lambda with AEM Assets (DAM)
• Experience in Dispatcher configurations and setting up CDN (Akamai or similar)
• Experience in setting up CI/CD for AEM environments.
• Set up and configure AEM authoring, publishing and dispatcher environment with Adobe recommended standard processes

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent with minimum of 10+ years of experience in Java, AEM, API\xe2\x80\x99s, Integration, Unit testing and CI/CD
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with all the collaborators.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to business needs and address business concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
