Commercial Banking (CB) Technology is looking for a skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer. As a Software Engineer lll - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer within CRM team of Commercial Banking (CB) Technology business, you will support Marketing and be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using AEM. You will help develop AEM components and workflows and help identify opportunities and provide recommendations for the target state digital ecosystem. Job responsibilities . Design, develop, and implement AEM components and workflows . Work with product owners and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements . Play a vital role in driving Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool adoption and support critical to CB Marketing continues success . Responsible to build and enable DAM specific marketing systems which span across web, mobile, email, display, search, and other integrated Omni-Channel experiences . Ensure that software applications are designed and developed in compliance with the company\'s standards and guidelines . Develop, test, and deploy software applications in a timely and efficient manner . Troubleshoot and debug issues related to software applications . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, designers, tech teams, and other stakeholder/partner team Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills . Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field . At least 5 years of experience in AEM development and ownership effectively navigating complex channel requirements for DAM and go-to-market construct . Experience with developing AEM assets, templates, workflows, and DAM in order to scale and support the Omnichannel marketing efforts . Experience with AEM Assets integrations into Marketing, Advertising and Data Platforms . Strong proficiency in Java, OSGi, and AEM APIs . Familiarity with Agile development methodologies . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and collaboration skills . Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills . Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Campaign . Experience with other CMS platforms . Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Maven . AEM Developer certification
