JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CONTENT MANAGER
Role: Content Manager
Job Level: Mid (4-5 years)

A Little Bit About the Role:
Be part of a global team to help deliver content to websites and email and push content in multiple languages. Working in Adobe Experience Manager and other relevant platforms to upload and manage content to these platforms, do amendments, work from an Excel spreadsheet to find and input/update content, and keep track of project status. Provide status reports to your project manager daily and manage your timing on the job. Excellent communication and attention to detail is required to deliver successfully.
What You'll be Doing:
• Collaborate with the content team to deliver various digital assets, including website content and email marketing materials.
• Assist in following and implementing best practices in content production processes.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and efficient resource management.
• Communicate project updates to the Project Manager and contribute to account process adherence.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
• Support in evaluating the quality and impact of projects against objectives.
• Foster clear communication and build relationships with client contacts.
• Identify and address potential project issues early on.
• Assist in managing and mitigating project risks.
• Contribute to the development of technical excellence within the team.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal project outcomes.
• Maintain administrative tasks at a high standard.
• Accurately track and record time in the company's daily reporting system.
What You Will Be Doing in Your Role:
• Upload content to the client's global CMS system.
• Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of copy and assets.
• Communicate effectively with the team and escalate issues when needed.
• Support in managing the content management process efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients to manage publication calendars.
• Develop an understanding of the client's brand voice and ethos.
• Assist in proofreading content copy.
• Adapt to new challenges and contribute to solution development.
