Job Summary:
As an AEM CMS Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating and optimizing our AEM and CMS systems to deliver personalized and seamless customer experiences. You will work closely with our Australian client, digital marketing, and development teams to ensure that content is effectively managed and utilized to drive targeted campaigns and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate AEM with CMS systems to create a unified content management system and enhance content personalization.
• Manage and optimize the delivery of personalized content across multiple channels, including web, mobile, email, and social media.
• Develop and execute automated content campaigns based on customer data and behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to manage and nurture content, improving engagement rates.
• Provide insights through analytics and reporting on content interactions and campaign performance.
• Ensure consistent and engaging customer experiences across all touchpoints.
• Maintain and update content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Work with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related experience in CMS
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CMS systems.
• Strong understanding of content management and personalization.
• Experience in developing and executing automated content campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
