Human Resource Manager
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in a variety of HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with employees and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the recruiting, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master\'s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with employees and managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HR software such as Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
Location: Jaipur
Salary Range: 10-15 LPA
