Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a fresher Advocate at Legal Capital, you will be part of a dynamic legal team, providing support to senior advocates and handling a range of legal tasks. You will have the opportunity to work in various practice areas and gain exposure to different aspects of law. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Legal Research:
• Conduct thorough research on case laws, statutes, and legal principles.
• Provide legal insights for ongoing cases and projects.
• Drafting and Documentation:
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as agreements, contracts, pleadings, and petitions.
• Review and proofread legal documents to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Case Preparation:
• Support senior advocates in preparing cases for court hearings.
• Organize case files, evidence, and witness statements.
• Court Appearances (if applicable):
• Attend court hearings with senior advocates to observe and assist in proceedings.
• Handle initial court documentation and follow-ups.
• Client Interaction:
• Assist in communication with clients regarding case updates and legal matters.
• Prepare reports for clients under supervision.
• Compliance & Legal Advisory:
• Provide legal advice to clients on routine legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to corporate and commercial matters.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist in maintaining records, filing documents, and scheduling appointments.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge of Indian legal systems and basic legal principles.
• Excellent research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with legal databases and research tools.
• Knowledge of corporate and civil law is a plus.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
