Company ProfileWe are a leading boutique law firm based in Sector -47, Gurgaon for last more than two decade. We do litigations for our clients in corporate and commercial matters before various foras.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an associate lawyer based in Gurgaon. The associate lawyer will be responsible for independently managing day to day litigation before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal, Corporate Law matters, Honble Delhi High Court, Honble Supreme Court of India, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, District Court and Arbitral Tribunals. The candidate must have the knowledge of IBC, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, The Mediation Act etc. In addition to Code of Civil Procedure and the Indian Evidence Act. The candidate shall also be supporting the senior lawyers in the firm in managing client work, coordinating between different departments of the firm, drafting legal documents and agreements, and conducting legal research.Qualifications
- A degree in Law (LLB/LLM) is must, CS degree will be an add on.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a corporate law firm with Excellent knowledge in litigation, drafting, apperarance before the courts and tribunal, Contract Law, Company Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration and conciliation Act and the mediation act.
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, senior lawyers, and other departments of the firm
- Able to handle clients queries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Day shift
