Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solution for Delayed Payment Specialist with strong expertise in MSME mediation and NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving payment disputes, particularly in the MSME sector, and navigating legal frameworks for debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Mediate delayed payment disputes involving MSMEs, ensuring fair resolution.

Manage cases related to NCLT, guiding clients through the legal process.

Provide advisory on legal rights and recourse for MSMEs facing delayed payments.

Liaise with financial institutions, creditors, and legal professionals for dispute resolution.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations concerning MSME payments.

Key Requirements:

Strong understanding of MSME dispute resolution and mediation practices.

In-depth knowledge of NCLT processes and legal frameworks for debt recovery.

Proven experience in handling delayed payment cases.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in MSME payment mediation or NCLT-related work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
