Management Level Senior Associate

& Summary A career in Deals Valuation, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations unlock greater value from existing assets and ongoing capital expenditures as well as new acquisitions, investments, and complex corporate arrangements. We focus on a series of services, such as acquisition and disposal valuation advice including deal pricing and negotiation support, strategic value consulting for improvement of corporate and capital management decisions, financial modelling and value analysis. In short, upon being a member of our team, you will support clients to make profound strategic decisions, better conduct business transactions and decisions, appropriately allocate capital investment, and satisfy regulatory requirements with professional skills and in-depth industry knowledge.

Activities to be performed :

\xe2\x88\x99 Support projects on valuation of businesses for raising capital, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment etc.

\xe2\x88\x99 Work on building and reviewing financial models for discounted cash flow and market approach.

\xe2\x88\x99 Prepare company, industry and economic reviews for valuation reports. \xe2\x88\x99 Identify comparable companies and compute various transaction related multiples.

\xe2\x88\x99 Use comparable companies to compute weighted average cost of capital (WACC)

\xe2\x88\x99 Obtain training on the relevant databases, acquire knowledge required to use the databases efficiently

\xe2\x88\x99 Organize research findings into meaningful deliverables \xe2\x88\x99 Carry out other ad-hoc research based on instructions provided

Requirements

\xe2\x88\x99 Ability to analyze and anticipate client requests, interpret asks and act according to expectations

\xe2\x88\x99 Good reasoning and analytical ability

\xe2\x88\x99 Good understanding of databases (CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, ThomsonOne etc.)

\xe2\x88\x99 Sound financial concepts

\xe2\x88\x99 Provide input on best practices and process optimization opportunities

\xe2\x88\x99 Churn out varied work requests in short turnaround time.

\xe2\x88\x99 Capable of designing new research approaches which enhance quality and productivity

\xe2\x88\x99 Good working knowledge in MS Office tools

\xe2\x88\x99 Effective verbal and written communications skills

\xe2\x88\x99 Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team
