Advisor/Sr. Advisor - UK Pension Administration - 2-8 years - MumbaiA role of Advisor/Sr. Advisor into UK pension retirement Administration work having relevant experience of minimum 2 years in DB DC and UK Market is mandatory.Location: MumbaiYour Future Employer: A leading, global group with a strong foothold in specialty insurance and re-insurance services serving millions of customers across the full spectrum.Responsibilities:1. Identifying areas where the service to clients/members could be improved and communicate to the Senior Administrator/Team Leader.2. Dealing with queries and requests using standard letters and reference to procedures.3. Ensuring complaints procedure is adhered to and that all complaints are immediately notified to Senior Administrator.4. Accountable for own development, identifying and raising any learning needs with Administration Co-Ordinator.5. Recognizing and escalating potential problem and potential complaint cases.Requirements:1. 2 to 3 years of experience in UK Pensions, having worked on Leaver, Retirement, Transfers, Death\'s transactions2. Experience in either DB or DC pensions administration is essential.3.
