Job Title Advisor, Technical Professional Services Director Implementation Consultant What does a successful Implementation Analyst do at Fiserv The Implementation Analyst is responsible for leading successful implementations for Fiserv\'s solutions while engaging directly with the client from the project kickoff through go-live. This is a fast-paced position requiring flexibility and the ability to easily accept and manage change. The analyst must have the ability to listen and understand the client\'s business challenges and opportunities to allow them to provide direction to achieve the client\'s objectives and success. Through the implementation lifecycle you will work cross-functionally with clients, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development and Support teams to achieve the goals of Fiserv and most importantly our clients. What you will do: Own the responsibility for the hands-on installation of new applications or application updates along with the initial support of these applications. Complete the implementation process in one of three ways remotely installing the applications, walking the client through the installation or installing the applications while on-site. Perform customer interactions and hands-on knowledge transfer before and during the implementations process. Provide a level of support during the implementation life cycle of these products. This includes understanding requirements, defining implementation approach, implementing the solution and documenting any issues including resolutions. Provide customer support to these clients until successful turnover is completed with the Operations Support team. Plan, conduct and manage assignments while reviewing progress and evaluating results. What you will need to have: Bachelor\'s or Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science and/or related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted. At least 1 year of experience in direct customer/client project or support involvement Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet deliverables by expected due date. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. What would be nice to have: Experience with Hyland\'s OnBase software. Working knowledge of processes in the financial services industry.
