Job Title Advisor, Software Development Engineering What does an outstanding Sr. JAVA Architect do at Fiserv Payments Tech is looking for talented Sr Java Architect to join our Back Office Development team. The Senior Architect is responsible for architectural direction, coordination and decision authority in their respective design team(s). He/She is responsible for mentoring and guiding developers, ensuring that they can deliver high-quality work that meets the standards of our firm The ability to think tactically as well as strategically and to articulate expectations to a mixed team of engineers & senior level stakeholders is critical to the success in this role. As a go-to point of escalation, he/she is challenged with resolving client impacting issues in a fast-paced environment. He/she should resolve technical and design related conflicts. What you will do: As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be responsible for hands-on development experience in Java, J2EE, Web Services, SQL databased development, UI Frameworks and Technologies across all phases of the SDLC and assisting Project Managers and Business Analysts in product delivery. Strong experience in REACT, Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, JavaScript, JQuery and JSON, Hibernate & Multithreading. Must have expert level (hands-on) knowledge and understanding in JAVA/J2EE spring boot, spring framework. Must have Deep understanding of OOPs, Design Principles, Microservices architecture. Responsible for the development, maintenance and support of multiple applications. Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions. Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications. Analyse applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging. Established technical knowledge in software development methodologies and implementation utilizing Java technology stack. Hands on experience of multiple services of AWS/Azure Cloud. Knowledge of relational database. Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders. Basic knowledge of Devops What you will need to have: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Software Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience as a software developer and/or other similar relevant experience 13 - 16 Years of industry experience and strong experience with JAVA& UI Development What would be nice/great to have: Preferred domain experience in Cards, banking and financial services industry Agile development environment Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
