What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv?

The Product Manager is responsible for product definition and design of digital journeys for card self-servicing for retail cards. Working closely with other Product Owners/Managers to define the product roadmap, define product features, prioritize initiatives. Work with the development and test teams to ensure the product is developed as per the specifications. The Product Manager will be working on building a cards servicing platform enabling FIs to provide capability to their corporates clients to manage their cards portfolio effectively. What you will do:

• Responsible for defining and documenting product functionalities
• Work closely with the product team to charter out the product roadmap, keeping a close look out on the market trends and customer needs
• Demonstrated success building dynamic, responsive applications for omni channel experience
• Work with dev and test teams to ensure product is working as desired. Work with Implementation team to resolve client issues during testing
• Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, intuitive
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions to complex business problems
• Develop reusable assets, Create knowledge repository

What you will need to have:

• Knowledge of Credit Cards, Card Networks
• Knowledge of various USA payment systems and Regulations - NACHA, RTGS, Card Networks
• Good to have knowledge of core card processing platforms such as Optis, Vision plus commercial cards capability
• Experience in Product Definition
• Experience in Product Requirement Documentation/BRDs
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Familiar with JIRA
• Experience in User Story documentation and Grooming
• Understanding of APIs and ability to define API specs
• Experience in Testing
• Good understanding of how technology relates to business, market and industry and applies such knowledge to support the needs of the business
• Understanding of Business Architecture and Functional Architecture

What would be great to have:

• Hands on experience in working on core card processing systems
• Experience in working with Agile methodology.
