Customer Relationship - TranscommRole IntroductionThe Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns through various communication channels. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.Role & responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
  • Documenting and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identifying and highlighting recurring customer issues to improve products and services.
  • Assisting in the development of customer support processes and documentation.
Requirements
  • Qualification should be graduate
  • Fresher and experienced in customer service.
  • Versant 6 Certified as a must.
  • Proven experience in an Advisory- customer relationship role.
  • Insurance Experience preferred + Sales Acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
