FactSet combines hundreds of databases from industry-leading suppliers into a single powerful information system.PROCESS BRIEFClient & User Support is an industry-leading and award-winning client service team starting in Hyderabad, focusing on people with a specialized knowledge of a select group of sophisticated software and product offerings. Initially, advisors will be tasked with supporting a wide-variety of clients using the FactSet workstation, which will give the advantage of gaining knowledge and experience working with the different products clients use to obtain and analyze financial information. The team is composed of self-motivated individuals who thrive in a highly collaborative environment and enjoy the challenge of independence, responsibility, and problem solving.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer client questions globally through expert telephone, email, instant message, and proprietary communication channelsSupport FactSet applicationsCreate custom FactSet models and screensSolve complex financial queriesA proficient understanding of the FactSet Workstation, the content clients consume through FactSet, and Microsoft ExcelFollow procedures for maintaining the highest level of quality support for all FactSet clientsShare ideas and promote suggestions for improvement of workflowsCooperate and liaise with other FactSet groups, including Client Solutions, Sales, and Product DevelopmentMeet targets and goals set by exhibiting motivation and high performanceAttend internal meetings and training sessions and complete projects as requestedKeep up to date with the market we are operating in, including our products and competitorsProgress is reviewed informally on a monthly basis, followed by formal 6 month and yearly reviews as per FactSet procedureAll FactSet policies can be found on-line at MyRewards@FactSetIt is the employee\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility to keep updated with any changes made to themJOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in Commerce, Business, or FinanceEnglish spoken fluentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as experience in advanced web searchingHighly organizedGenuine interest or experience in financial marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHardworking and proactiveAbility to work independently using creative thinking without extensive directionStrong work ethic and highly self-motivatedPositive team player attitudeWillingness to work in U.S. shiftsJob Location: HyderabadAt FactSet, we celebrate diversity of thought, experience, and perspective.
