Role DescriptionThe Ad Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and bringing market insights back from the market to the team. The Ad Sales Manager will work closely with the strategy and customer happiness teams to develop strategies that attract and retain customers, and meet sales targets. Qualifications required:

• Strong communication skill and confidence (in both English and Malayalam)
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• A strong affinity for learning and perseverant attitude in getting hurdles
• Ability to analyse market trends and help develop sales strategies
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments
• Prior experience in the advertising sales (media solutions)
