### About the Role:
As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will generate sales and address customers' marketing/advertising needs. Acting as an extended marketing arm of the brands, you will exhibit a strong Customer-First approach. The primary role involves identifying potential brands/companies, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the retention of existing ones. You will also engage in campaign planning and execution based on clients' briefs.

Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Work:
- Relationship Management:
- Identify new brands/companies based on trends, market knowledge, and current advertisers.
- Reach out and connect with identified brands/companies.
- Understand clients' businesses, identify their marketing problems, and gather marketing campaign briefs.
- Plan advertising campaigns based on briefs and obtain client approval for execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are performed/executed as per commitments.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth workflow and reporting of ongoing advertising campaigns.
- Ensure monthly/yearly revenue targets are achieved.
- Prepare Daily Task Reports.
- Campaign Execution & Planning:
- Split work hours between answering emails/calls and campaign planning/execution.
Build Relationships:
- Forge strong business relationships with clients.
- Foster a culture of high performance and innovation within the team.
