### MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
• Demand generation through outbound marketing activities
• Prospect Identification, Nurturing & Closure
• Lead Management
• Independent Sales Target
• New Business Acquisition only (No Account Management)
• Penetrate target accounts and uncover new companies/stakeholders
• Support Account Managers with qualified sales opportunities (Occasionally)
• Aggressively achieving the sales target
• Conducting sales calls and closing the leads
• Responsible for new business generation
### RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
• Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor's activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
• Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use competitor's projects
