What's your new role about?
As our Advertising Delivery Exec, you'll play a lead role within our Ad Delivery Broadcast team, which is responsible for the creation and delivery of the commercial breaks on our OTT platform and Linear Channels. Using MediaGenix What's On and Google Ad Manager, you will work closely with the Advertising/Media team, Scheduling, Transmission, Planning, and Operational teams as well as local Production staff to ensure that we manage the accurate and effective delivery of commercial advertising within our live playlists.
Advertising is a big part DAZN, so your positive, can-do attitude along with some strong collaboration skills will play a key part in galvanising and developing our growing department. You'll need to be able to deal with an ever-evolving business and be a key advocate for the department to define and develop and improve workflows and best practices.
Due to the nature of our live broadcast environment, there may be some occasions you'll need to be on call out of hours to respond to any critical scheduling issues which may affect live transmission. This is part of the fun of our environment and we're all in it together!
As our new Advertising Delivery Executive, you'll have the opportunity to:
• Commercial scheduling of live events
• Key liaison between Ad Delivery Team and Transmission
• Managing content partnership requirements and accurate delivery of advertising, commercial break timings and delivery to Transmission
• Working closely with the Media team to define advertising requirements.
• Liaising with production teams to ensure commercial requirements are understood.
You'll be set up for success if you have
• A sport fan.
• Experience in commercial scheduling, formats and operating systems
• Experience working with Media Genix What's On (or other applicable scheduling systems)
• Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and implementing new working practice.
• Experience of live broadcast formats and the ability to read live running orders.
Good to Have:
• Involvement in other broadcast-related projects
• Good Excel skills
• Google Ad Manager Experience or an interest in Digital advertising
