We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our talented team to help scale our growing Advertising program. Account Managers partner with category team and other internal Amazon business stakeholders to drive advertiser success.As an Account Manager you must be passionate about understanding the range of advertising products, business drivers for performance etc. and act as a consultant to sellers/advertisers and enabled them for success.You will play a key role in the account team for growing the business by being the subject matter expect & owner of advertising related initiatives for your category.You possess strong analytical ability, and will develop deep expertise in Amazon\'s products and proprietary metrics to build winning campaigns and optimizing performance to derive insights and meet our advertisers\' needs. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree required, MBA is preferred
\xc2\xb7 Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to manage the business \xe2\x80\x9cby the numbers\xe2\x80\x9d. Must be metrics-driven.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
\xc2\xb7 Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Experience with e-commerce, digital advertising, or media would be an advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
