Job Description

As an Ad Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our advertising campaigns and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize brand visibility, reach, and ROI. Your expertise in digital advertising, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and performance marketing will be essential in achieving the company's advertising goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to meet the company's marketing objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.

Campaign Planning and Execution:Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Set campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Craft compelling ad copy and creative content for different platforms.

Target Audience and Segmentation:Define target audience segments and create personalized advertising strategies for each segment.
Utilize customer data and demographics to improve campaign targeting.

Budget Management:Monitor and control advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Track and report on campaign expenses and ROI.

Ad Creative Development:Collaborate with the creative team to design eye-catching visuals and ad creatives.
A/B test ad elements to optimize campaign performance.

Performance Analysis:Regularly analyze ad campaign performance, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad management platforms.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the success of campaigns.
Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and recommend improvements.

Reporting and Documentation:Create detailed reports on advertising performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Maintain organized records of all advertising activities, including contracts and invoices.

PPC and Performance Marketing:Demonstrated expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in performance marketing strategies, including setting clear objectives, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing for ROI.

Compliance and Regulations:Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Ensure that advertising campaigns comply with legal and ethical standards.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align advertising efforts with broader company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Ad Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and a good understanding of marketing principles.
• Familiarity with advertising regulations and compliance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or other relevant advertising platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
