Implement transformational strategy to reduce cycle time and cost and improve Honeywell\'s competitiveness in the marketplace.Skills/Experience Required:\xc2\xb7 Experienced in developing software plans, software development and software verification as per DO-178B/C, DO-331, and/or DO-254.\xc2\xb7 Experience of working on programs with FAA regulations for certification/qualification processes related to type certificate (TC) and technical standard order (TSO).\xc2\xb7 Experience with airplane safety and certification processes.\xc2\xb7 Experience in automation by programming using Visual Basic, Java, and Python\xc2\xb7 Good programming Skills\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with the latest technology areas like, Generative Artificial Intelligence, usage of LLMs\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on system hierarchy of aircraft systems and/or avionics systems and their functionality e.g. aircraft engine, auxiliary power unit, display systems, flight management systems, communication and navigation systems etc.\xc2\xb7 Familiar with system safety assessment processes ARP-4761.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity in system development and verification/validation processes.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with tool qualification processes as per DO-330.\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Requirement Management Tools such as DOORS and/or DOORS NG.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with problem reporting tools such as Jira, and ClearQuest\xc2\xb7 Familiar with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or similar tools.\xc2\xb7 Must have customer-centric thinking.\xc2\xb7 Good leadership skills to coordinate with Global teams.Responsibilities:

• Work and support on either showing of compliance or finding of compliance roles in accordance with FAA regulations associated with software development.
• Provide direction to software teams to improve their software development activities (quality, delivery, cost, technical, safety, communication, etc.).

• Identify risks and opportunities in software life cycle and assist software teams in implementing risk mitigation plans.
• Participate in program activities, from initial proposal and planning to verification/certification.
• Review software lifecycle activities and ensure products comply with approved software processes, plans, and standards.
• Be futuristics in applying Gen AI in certification processes.

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, computer engineering or electronics & telecommunication Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience in software planning, software development, software verification in DO-178B/C based Aerospace programs
