The Position:

As an Advanced System Manager - GxP, you will be primarily responsible for the Study Builder system in DD&IT Development GBS which is a GxP System. As part of this role, you will be overall re for the system, communicating with customers, service providers and other system managers. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Maintain Inspection and Audit Readiness of the system at all times.
  • Co-ordinate day-to-day execution of Incident and Problem management resolution for assigned systems as defined by business processes.
  • Ensure incident management key performance indicators, e.g., resolution time, in the service level agreements with line of business are fulfilled.
  • Drafting and driving IT System Strategy.
  • Participate and be involved in System Transitions as relevant and ensure efficient budget control and provide inputs to forecast.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with minimum of 7+ years\' experience.
  • Min 5 years\' experience working in GxP regulated industry with strong compliance understanding and documented GxP experience from several systems.
  • IT experience covering specification, design, development, or implementation of IT solutions.
  • Good experience in Vendor management & Stakeholder management.
  • Advanced knowledge of System Management, compliance, validation, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of and experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP, 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Agile experience a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral (English).

In DD&IT (Digital Data & IT) Development Clinical Data Handling Solutions, a part of DD&IT GBS, a portfolio of GxP, Financial & Business Critical applications are being managed and supported. These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide. Clinical Data Handling Solutions works closely with Line of Business, System Managers, Quality Check (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organization in Denmark and India.
